A Northern Soul Venue, Hoochie Coochie, Luxury Bar.
Yep, we were all very privileged to witness and attend such a great musical evening. Our competition winners Stephen Rixon, Chris Nattress and Grant Clark came along and met the main man Steve White before he performed with his band Trio Valore including Damon Minchella. Many thanks also go out to Warren and his team of staff for making us all comfortable and very welcome at his amazing luxury bar venue, Hoochie Coochie. If you are from the North East I would really recommend you take a visit
The evening kicked off with the wonderful voice of Kristyna Myles who was accompanied by her guitarist. We were blown away with her songs and voice. Kristyna did about 6 of her own songs which sounded amazing especially with only Kristyna and her guitarist at hand.
After Kristyna finished her set we then were pleased to see the main event of Steve White and his band Trio Valore. If you love music then you would have loved what we all experience. As it was stated.. “The best rhythm section in the UK”. Yes they certainly lived up to that statement. Trio Valore played us quite a few popular/current tunes in their so recognisable soul-mod-jazz style. For only three musicians the room was filled with some amazing music. You would find it really hard to have not enjoyed the whole evening..
Well done’s and thank you’s go out to Stephen Rixon, Chris Nattress and Grant Clark for winning the competition and coming along to such a great night out! :)
