In 2012 Mapex introduced a new drum kit to the Meridian Black range… The Raven. Since then, Mapex have expanded their Meridian Black series and added the Viper drum kit and the brand new Raven 2. All of the Meridian Black drum kits are limited edition and don’t hang around for long!
After the success of the first Raven drum kit, Mapex have now released the Raven 2, with the same top-quality features as the original but in a different drum configuration.
Once again, there are only a limited amount of these Mapex drum kits available, but we’ve been quick and ordered some and they’ll be on their way to us very soon! The Ravens should arrive with us around the end of September, but are available to Pre-order today!
As soon as these beautiful drum kits come into stock we’ll be photographing them and using one as a demo model for our showroom, so feel free to come in store and try it out for yourself!
The Mapex Raven drum shells are constructed using a unique hybrid featuring an internal sonic lacquer coating which brings maximum projection and tone consistency. This limited edition drum kit has a delmar Raven black finish and black powder coat drum fittings which completes the smart, yet simple look. It’s unique dark and mysterious appearance fits into the rock genre perfectly and would make the perfect rock drum kit for any rock n roll drummer! Also, the Mapex Raven comes complete with a full set of Remo heads which adds to that all important rock sound.
