Designed by Gregg Bissonette, the Tambo Pedal is a new addition to the 2000 hardware series. The Tambo pedal has been created to mimic the hand shaking of tambourine by simply attaching your tambourine and using the foot pedal. With the same features as the other pedals from the 2000 series, the Tambo pedal can also be used as a single bass drum pedal – Just add a beater!
With all the features of the existing 9000 pedal but with a few new bits! The 9000 DW pedal now features the tri-pivot toe clamp which will adjust to any thickness or diameter hoop and the anti-skid rubber felt bottom. The easy-adjust infinite cam enables you to transform the pedal into a turbo or excelerator drive with the simple turn of a drum key! The DW 9000 pedal is available as a single and double.
DW have introduced a new product for 2013 called the 'Moon Mic’. This innovative accessory attaches to exterior of your bass drum and will pick up low frequencies which aren’t easily captured with other microphones. The Moon Mic will also reflect unwanted sound from the rear of the microphone and can be used in conjunction with internal micing. The DW Moon Mic comes with DW stand as shown in image to the right.
