Back to Drum Shop UK

Well first day back to work here at Drum Shop UK after a long trip back from Gud Old US of A. Looking out the window this morning did not inspire me as much as looking at Santa Monica and Malibu and the rain lashing down on the windscreen of the van, enough said!

Arriving at work I was fired up and roaring to go after seeing how the Yanks do business in their drum world. Starbucks at the ready and first sale of the day gave me 4 Yamaha DTX500 out the door to say I was pleased was an understatement, sales for the day were looking up.

I then had a call from a really nice guy who had been looking at the Yamaha 9000 vintage drum kit who had been looking for a while. Being rare as hen’s teeth I managed to source one whilst in LA, after a nice cup of tea….deal done.

I then speak to a customer who wants a Gretsch kit after a strong cup of coffee the stunning Gretsch New Classic beauty goes to a good home.

Just when I think its time to go home a customer wants a Shine drum kit which we had out with For Ever The Sickest Kids on loan decides he wants to go for the drum set, a fantastic drum kit at a great price, another deal done.

Along with all the other drum bits and bobs today a really good start from a day I did not expect, so still here at work and looking at some Ludwig kits…. so watch this space.
