The J.Levia Cajons start with the Zoco and Sweetspot models. These Cajons have been described as the 'Perfect introduction to the Cajon’. Even the cheaper-end models have outstanding sound qualities that you would never usually get with such an affordable price tag!
All of the J.Leiva Cajons feature the Leiva exclusive and patented Direct Tension System (DTS). This system allows you to adjust the tension of the wire to exactly how you desire, substantially changing the sound of your cajon and bringing you a more accurate response.
The Mezquita Cajon is the next model up and top seller off all the J.Leiva Cajons. The Mezquita has been created using laminated beechwood. The beechwood helps bring out the sharp and warm sounds that the Mezquita Cajon is able to produce. This Cajon is the perfect example of a top quality Cajon at an excellent price. The J.Leiva instruments are great value for money!
The Medina Cajon from J.Leiva is available in two designs… The Medina and the Medina Vintage. The Medina Cajon has a black front with a blue design whereas the Vintage Cajon has more of a natural brown wood look with the same blue design. I prefer the Vintage between the two but they both look great!
The top-end Cajon from J.Leiva is the Omeya Bass-Studio model. The Omeya Bass-Studio Cajon is like having three top quality Cajons in one! Like the other J.Levia Cajons, the Omeya model includes the J.Levia exclusive Direct Tension System but also has an extra feature… The Bass-Studio System! The Bass-Studio System expands low end sounds directly to the floor, brining you an even better sound quality. The Omeya also features a back port which allows you to alter the sound and response to however you desire. The Omeya Cajon is definitely in a legue of it’s own!
