Director does the deliveries

Today has been a good day, very therapeutic indeed. I decided to start to do all the deliveries to see what we can do to improve the way we operate and get the deliveries out to the customers as best we can.

There’s a lot goes into the deliveries ensuring that everything is right and as should be. The images show how stressed I was with the staff throwing (passing carefully) boxes at me from all directions!

I am now in the process of getting all the deliveries packed and dispatched from our warehouse making it easier and more efficient. I have also looked at the tuning and set up of kits which is difficult when sending items via the post or Fed Ex, we do know that some of our competitors charge a premium for this but we do it free as not everybody likes a kit tuned for rock playing when they are playing Jazz! So although today has been stressful making sure everything is right has also been very rewarding getting me back to my roots from the first time I opened the shop.
