Drum Shop Welcomes Carl Thomson

Today I had a great opportunity to grab another member to our drum shop team who is passionate and excited as we are with drums. A dear friend Carl Thomson who has worked along side us many years ago at Drum Shop back in the day offered to join our blog team. What Carl will give is an honest weekly update on what he has played whether it be drum kits, snare drums, cymbals or his busy drumming workload.

Carl has played all over the world from India to LA being a great player of what I call bread and butter drumming. Carl has loads of gear and is always collecting drums and snares so watch out for his regular blogs.

Carl also teaches within the north east area including some of the finest schools and has some great young pupils who have won awards in their field one such pupil Charlie Vasiliou who recently won the Drummer Alliance at the age of 12.
