We finally have our African percussion on the website for everyone to see! There are some fantastic pieces on there for you all the check out from big 30 player packs to hand percussion. I really enjoyed loading these products on to the site and getting a feel for African music and tradition, there was so much to learn about different techniques and ways to play different instruments.
This set is great for schools and groups its perfect for learning and practicing, the set has everything you would need to learn traditional African music, including Djembes, Doum Doums, Caxixis. plus more and even a guide and CD to get you started.
The other instruments I find fascinating are part of the African hand percussion, although these African instruments might look easy to play don't be fooled as these little guys need a lot of practice but can be so good to watch when played well and can be quite rewarding to learn how to play.
Check one out here, The Thelevi 2" Cas Cas Kambala.
Now African percussion is on our web we will be moving on to getting our samba instruments on there, we already have an extensive collection of world percussion including cajons, bongos and congas, take a look!
