Have you seen the new bass drum pedal from Ahead yet? If you haven't, you're about to!
The Ahead Mach 1 pedal is brand new for 2015 and is one of the coolest looking bass drum pedals I have ever seen! It's easy to get sidetracked by the appearance and not think about the functionality, but luckily, this Ahead pedal has all the features as well as the looks!
With it's eccentric quick torque adjustment, you're able to fully adjust your pedal to suit you and your current playing style. The speed and feel of the Ahead Mach 1 single pedal can be altered by simply adjusting the cam. Close the cam for a lighter stroke and open to increase torque and return speed. Included with the new Ahead Mach 1 pedal is a two-way beater. The beater angle can be customised by loosening the top set screw and the beater stroke is adjusted by using the sliding clip.
