As some of you might already know, some of the guys from drumshop went to NAMM in January and ordered a lot of drum gear including a number of the beautifully handcrafted Craviotto drum kits and snare drums. We all understand that it takes time to create a master piece so naturally we had to wait for our Craviotto drums... You can't rush perfection!
On Friday a huge delivery van pulled up outside of the drumshop warehouse and we all knew we were in for a treat! If you follow @drumshop on Instagram, you will have seen my snap of Paul in his element unpacking all the new Craviotto drums with the delivery bay full to the brim with Craviotto boxes and high-quality packing materials that are used to make sure these precious drums are safe and secure during transit.
It's always exciting when a new delivery of products arrives and as soon as they land, I'm already getting an action plan together to photograph them! It's so much fun photographing new products, especially when it's actually something you like yourself, and lets face it, who doesn't like Craviotto drums?!
Craviotto have always been one of our favourite high-end drum brands here at drumshop and we even have our very own 'Craviotto corner' set-up upstairs in the drumshop Washington show room.
The first drum kit I photographed was actually one of my favourites of the bunch, the Craviotto Private Reserve Walnut 3-Piece. This walnut drum kit was actually Johnny Craviotto's private drum kit which he had played and kindly offered to us to make available for sale... and guess what.. It's already sold!
I have to say I'm not surprised! As with all Craviotto drums, the Private Reserve drum kit is truly beautiful and is a great investment for any drummer!
My close-second favourite is another drum kit from Johnny's private collection which is the Craviotto Walnut/Walnut Inlay 4-Piece drum kit which we also have available as a 3-Piece if you're interested. This Craviotto drum kit has been hand made, signed and played by Johnny Craviotto himself which makes this special drum kit one of a kind! This Walnut drum kit is still available but I've got a feeling it wont be hanging around for long...
You can check out some of the other new Craviotto drum kits and snare drums in the list below.
I still have some snare drums to photograph but they'll be making their way onto the drumshop website before the end of the week!
Don't forget, we also offer finance as a payment option, so if you think this is something that could work for you simply give us a call on 0191 418 7113 to discuss!
