Born in Denver, Colorado, Low Boy Custom Beaters is the creation of Co-Founders Chris Gregori and Jeremy Brieske. Everything is assembled in their Denver store and this care and attention results in a beater designed to last a lifetime!

Lightweight Bass Drum Beaters

Constructed using the best American hard maple available, the durability and dependability is glaringly obvious. The Lightweight Bass Drum Beater accentuates all the natural qualities which the North American hard maple delivers. Low Boy ensure the hard maple has the highest quality oils worked into the wood, resulting in the upmost protection against the elements and more importantly, time. This preservation results in dynamic versatility, tremendous power and truly classic sounds.

Standard Beaters

Available in 3 different finishes Low Boy's Lightweight Standard Bass Drum Beaters have two flat edges that deliver high volumes and maximum output, designed to be undeniably heard. The Standard Lightweight Beaters are available in red with a white stripe, tie dye with a black stripe or purple and black with a white stripe.

Felt Daddy Beaters 

Available in 6 different finishes, Low Boy's two-sided Felt Daddy Beaters mature the sound output, creating the ability to deliver softer, feathered notes as well as a gentle yet commanding roar. The flat end of the beater is forcefully eloquent, whereas the felt head is tailored to producing softer tones, making them ideal for warmer, more subtle compositions. The Lightweight Felt Daddy Beaters are available in red with a black stripe, red with a shock blue stripe, silver with a black stripe, natural with a black stripe, scorched with a black stripe and black and seafoam green with a white stripe.

Leather Daddy Beaters

Available in Black with gold sparkle, the Leather Daddy Bass Drum Beater accentuates all the natural qualities which the North American hard maple delivers, whilst combining all the versatile assets of the leather. 

Regular Bass Drum Beaters

Each Low Boy Beater works harmoniously with your existing drums and cymbals, it will slide straight into your existing set up comfortably and prove to have many advantages once you get started. Low Boy Beaters weigh in at 3.25 oz and allow for all the advantages of wood beaters without the added weight.
