Originally from Sweden, Meinl Cymbals Endorsed Artist, Siros Vaziri may only be 22 but his obvious determination and hard work has propelled him the drumming spotlight and we can totally understand why. If you know anything about Siros, then you'll know that we're very lucky to be able to say he is coming to Drum Shop to pass on his expertise in a drum clinic this month! Siros has been passing on his knowledge for some time by way of drum tutorials on his YouTube channel, daily short videos on Facebook and Instagram as well one on one drum lessons on Skype with eager to learn drummers.

Siros discovered drumming in the spring of 2009, no stranger to music Siros had first discovered music at the age of 9 when he started playing the saxophone. After stumbling across an acoustic drum kit during a music lesson at school it turned out that Siros had a natural ability and feel for the drums, the rest they say is history. Practice and determination turned into a true passion for drumming and this passion grew into a social media sensation being born. Siros quickly found that he was gathering large followings over Facebook and Instagram with his daily drum lessons, this online presence quickly evolved into a successful drumming career, his career was starting to evolve into many different areas and that’s why he is a perfect drummer to welcome as our drum clinic star!
Siros' drumming career is already densely populated with his career having taken many different roads thus far. He has recorded drums for artists all from over the world, playing internationally with legendary Iranian singer Aref Arefkia and playing all over Sweden with the established Tomas Ledin tribute band Just Nu. And It doesn't stop there Siros teaches students from all around the world using social media, his YouTube channel as well as through Skype, all from his own drum studio.
Tuesday 20th March 2018 will see Siros pass through the doors of Drum Shop and impart his vast and varied drumming knowledge and experience on all the drummers who want to know how! Siros is a unique drummer as at the core of his success is his vast social following. He reaches so many and so many tune in week in week out to be inspired and motivated by Siros' videos and tutorials, this alone makes for a great watch as he is certainly au fait with imparting his drumming knowledge onto others.
