This Caxixi is hand woven and filled with beads to be used as a shaker, you can make an array of different sounds. This is traditional west African playing. This is an authentic basket shaker, which was used as inspiration for the Caxirola, created to be FIFA's official musical instrument of the FIFA World Cup in Brazil. It has a flattened base to give you various different tones.
