The Tama ImperialStar is a beautifully designed kit from the guys over at Tama Drums. Tama have nearly 40 years of drum building experience under their belt and with this comes a wealth of experience and intuition when it comes to what drummers want from their drum kits. The ImperialStar is a durable kit that oozes affordability whilst retaining high end features that you'll find in other classic Tama kits.
100% poplar wood shells measure in at 7.5mm thick and allow for a full warm tone that provides a decent amount of attack when needed. Tama Precision Bearing Edges are one of the most important components to be featured on this drum kit, the advanced technology used to produce these edges is second to none and what is more it allows Tama shells to ring openly and produce a wide range of tune ability and sensitivity. Another key component is the Accu-Tune bass drum hoops which is a special formation hi tech material which allows for lighter weight and faster, stable tuning. Finished in a stunning Electric Blue wrap.

Drum Configuration:
- 22" x 18" Bass Drum
- 12" x 9" Tom
- 13" x 10" Tom
- 16" x 16" Floor Tom
- 14" x 5.5" Snare Drum
Condition:
- Good condition - always gig ready, just some cosmetic marks and/or scratches.
- Rubber feet on Bass drum spurs need to be replaced
- Usual wear and tear on Bass Drum hoop from the Bass drum pedal
- Small amounts of pitting on the chrome work.
- Small white line on the underside of the bass drum, does not show when kit is setup.
