The TreeWorks Concert Chime set comes complete with a Single Row Concert Chime, attached damper and a TreeWorks 25" Hard Case. The Concert Chime is a chime that can be used in various settings for numerous occasions! One significant quirk with this set is the fact that you can switch from using the chime with or without damper in literally seconds! For live performances where you require strength and great resonance you can simply move the damper out of the way of the chimes, when you want to quickly calm or silence your chimes swing the damper arm against the chimes and this can be achieved. The damper also adds a distinct amount of sustain control, a handy benefit that you can use to your advantage when needed. Each and every chime is constructed using 3/8" thick aluminium/titanium alloy bars that are hand polished and T-6 tempered for an outstandingly brilliant tone. Finally each bar is hand tied with the extra strength, braided TreeWorks CordLoc which has super durability and preserves the tone created from the chimes better than budget plastic ties would. All of this is attached to a solid, hardwood mantle frame that is crafted from hand selected, hand finished Tennessee White Ash.
Also included within the TreeWorks Concert Chime Set is a TreeWorks 25" Hard Case (TRE51) which is made up of 0.5" foam and complimented by hard ABS plastic, both of these materials are used for one purpose; to maximise the protection of your chime. Not only that the exterior moulded handle allows you to carry the case in a way that lets the chime hang naturally.
