The Puresound Custom Pro series feature Anti-choke™ end plates and Speed Release™ straps. The Anti-choke plates are designed to significantly reduce any annoying snare buzz and allow you to crank up your snare tension to produce a tight response without choking the drum. The Speed Release™ straps allow for quick and easy head or wire changes as you can disengage the snare wires without needing to release the straps from the strainer or butt clamps.

The brass snare wire provides a brighter, resonant sound, whereas the steel wire brings you a darker and more crisp response.
