The DW Collectors series of snares is the definitive workhorse of wooden drums. The shell is constructed of 10-Ply North American Maple with a 6-Ply Reinforcement Ring. It is then finished with a 60-degree bearing edge for optimal resonance and attack. The inside of the shell is lacquered which adds a stunning brightness to the already full bodied tone of the drum.
