Jazz legend Peter Erskines 10" x 6" Snare drum has been designed with one of his favourite STAR Snare Drums for inspiration - the Stave Ash Model. Stave shells are constructed using 12 portions of wood to create the 10mm thick shell. Ash wood has been chosen for this side snare as Peter prefers the tone due to its quick cutting attack and response. Equipped with the Super Resonant Mounting System, this snare is easy to position anywhere in your kit and has maximised resonance to enhance your sound!
