The Pearl Integrated Suspension System has been designed to let your toms resonate freely, giving them more sustain and a better tone. The ISS mount attaches to the to rim of your drum. Use this Pearl IS-0810SL-C to mount your 8 to 10 inch toms to a rack, stand or a bass-drum.
