The Sonor Vintage series offers an opportunity to experience the sound and feel of the classic 1960's Sonor Teardrop Kit, without sacrificing any of the advantages of modern features such as the patented TuneSafe system which supports maximum tuning stability. The shell is crafted from premium hand-picked Germany Beech wood, this creates an incredible sound of pronounces highs and mids with a powerful low-end punch. It's also crafted with a rounded bearing edge with creates more head contact, this produces a beefier and shorter sound which is warm and dry, yet resonant.
