Ahead have made this easy do it yourself kit which allows you to moulds your plugs quickly and accurately without paying top prices. A top tip is to refrain from chewing of moving your jaw while you're in the process of moulding your ear plugs, and leave them to set for 10 to 20 minutes before removing your new ear protectors! You'll be left perfect fit ear plugs that still allow you to hear your drums clearly and all the frequencies, but a lot quieter and better for your ears.
