The Hamer Series is a new range of cymbals from Istanbul Mehmet, named for the large hammer hits that are a prominent feature of this series. These distinctive hammer marks subtly distort the sound, resulting in a quick decay that creates a punchy, concise tone, perfect for accentuating specific notes and beats within a composition. The Istanbul Mehmet 16" Hamer Hi-Hat delivers a washy sound with clear sustain and attack.

All of the cymbals from Istanbul Mehmet are created using traditional cymbal making techniques and are handcrafted to perfection and this is another stunning example of the high quality that oozes from Istanbul Mehmet cymbals.
