The Legend Dark rides are full bodied cymbals with an overall dark controlled sound and clear stick definition. The Legend Dark series will make a great addition to any set-up, especially jazz! The Istanbul Mehmet Legend Dark Ride Sizzle has the ability to produce a dark, washy sound that works beautifully against the rivets along the edge of cymbal allowing for a bright sizzle sound that is loud and penetrating. This cymbal has been constructed in Istanbul, Turkey and features custom dark lathing on top and a traditional lathe on the bottom of the cymbal.
