The Black Panther ‘Shadow’ snare features a 7-ply 6.85mm hybrid Birch/Walnut shell. The combination of birch and walnut in this snare creates a more gloomy sound and lends a bit of obscurity to the mix when darkness is the prevailing musical character. The snare also features rolled SONIClear 45 degree bearing edges, that provide a great amount of attack and sustain that can be controlled to your taste. Dusky and shady, this drum growls through any midnight groove.
