The replacement ear cushions are soft ear cushions, which are filled with gel for a longer life span and added comfort, not only that the ear cushions provide noise isolation and sound reduction of up to 29db, this coupled with a decent amount of pressure on the head clamp, seal in the sound allowing you to focus on what's really important.
