Vintage Ludwig Super Classic Drum Kit - Needs Restoration, would work better as a 3 piece kit with the 22" 13" 16" but comes as 5 drums.

This Ludwig Super Classic drum kit, a true staple in the drumming world, was once the go-to choice for gigging musicians. Known for its compact design, it provided an ideal setup for drummers on the move. Despite its current condition, which requires significant repair, this kit still holds historical and musical value.

Originally, the four-piece configuration of the Super Classic was more than capable of delivering a powerful presence in any band setting. The versatile dimensions allowed for a wide range of tuning, suitable for everything from high-tension jazz and bebop to deep, resonant tones perfect for rock and pop

Note: This drum kit is in bad condition and requires serious restoration to return to its former glory. It presents a unique opportunity for enthusiasts and collectors to revive a classic piece of drumming history.

Condition:

• In Bad Pre Loved Condition - In working order with no cracks to the shells. Some scratches and marks are visible to the shells which you would expect to see from normal usage for a kit of its age, additionally the wrap on the Rogers floor tom is starting to peel. Some of the hardware is damaged or been replaced with non Ludwig parts, they still function though and just need some TLC. One tom is missing the dampener. The Rogers floor tom does not have a bottom hoop or resonate head. Perfect for someone looking to put in the time to refurbish a classic Ludwig kit.
