Pre-Loved Vintage Beverley Tom/Snare Stand
This Vintage Beverly Tom/Snare Stand is an amazing vintage find! Beverly drum hardware was originally produced in the early 1900s by 'Deans and Son metal fabricators, established in 1905. By the mid-1930s the company manufactured and marketed their hardware under the Beverley brand name, as well as Beverly drums, consoles, stands, and accessories. In 1958, the company was sold to Premier's founder, and Beverly products were produced in the Premier Factory. This was until the unfortunate death of premier's founder in 1970 when the Beverly brand was sold to 'Boosey and Hawkes'. The Beverly name lived on until 1979 when B&H left the drum market.
This stand, therefore, originates from (at the latest) the late 70s, and is in good condition for its age. There are obviously going to be some signs of use and wear over the years on a vintage snare stand, so from what we can see there is a fair bit of pitting on the chrome and the ends of the snare basket are coming away. However, it does what it should and is a fantastic bit of history to get your hands on!
