They have not been regarded as primary accessories. However, Ram-Rods introduces a diverse array of innovative playing possibilities. These rods enhance the sonic range available to percussionists, providing twelve distinct sounds from a single instrument. This versatility opens up new creative avenues for musicians both in the studio and during live performances.
These bamboo rods are crafted to the same high standards as our Classic Bamboo rods but with the added flair of classic reggae colors. Designed for maximum control at lower volumes, each pair is handmade in the UK using 19 premium bevelled bamboo dowels. The rods are 400mm in length and 16mm in diameter, featuring double protection on the shaft for enhanced durability and bevelled ends to reduce splitting, extending the lifespan of both the rods and drumheads. Made from sustainable wood, these bamboo rods are ideal for use on stage and in the studio.
