We're very pleased to announce that we have just received some of these down right swanky practice pads from the guys over at RAW Drum Co! But who are RAW? Raw are a new, up and coming brand who are effortlessly cool, unforgivingly bold and have an undeniable love for all things drums, just like us!
The RAW Star Rock Out Practice Pad is a small and compact 6" practice pad that has the ability to slide into all stick bags, meaning there will never be a reason not to get your practice in! This pad can literally be taken anywhere, anytime, anyplace; the sticky backing on the base takes care of that, the base is so tacky it will literally stick anywhere. Another major perk of the sticky base is that you can practice without the pad moving along the table as you play, which can be a staple of other conventional practice pads. Practice makes perfect as they say and for a pad like this with the features it has there is certainly no reason for you to not practice! Once the pad starts to loose it's stick, you can rinse the pad, pat it dry and your pad is back to being as sticky as the day you bought it! As we've mentioned RAW are a cool brand with an urban, street edge and this is totally reflected in the designs that feature on the practice pads themselves. This particular pad has subtle vintage vibes fused with the grit, determination and passion of a gigging drummer! Incredibly polished whilst being a little rough around the edges all at the same time and that's what we love!
