The full-sized, 7-ply North American Maple shells give maximum stage presence and acoustic feel, finished in a custom black gold foundry shimmer lacquer. Converting from electronic to acoustic drums is a breeze - just switch out the mesh batter heads and tweak a few lug screws to enjoy a genuine hybrid drumming experience with acoustic resonant heads.
The innovative Zildjian Trigger System offers the look, feel, and response of acoustic cymbals without the high volume, making it the industry's most dynamic, realistic, and responsive electronic solution. Thanks to algorithm-driven technology, they boast superior sensitivity and response, capable of detecting even the lightest touch. Each cymbal, whether crashes, rides, or HiHats, features 3-zone playability (bell, bow, and edge) and consistent 360° triggering. Additionally, the system includes adjustable, touch-sensitive 360° top and bottom cymbal choking, providing a true-to-life playing experience with acoustic cymbal sizes. Users also gain access to the extensive Zildjian Sound Library through the Zildjian module. The system utilizes Zildjian L80 low-volume acoustic cymbals, which are actual cymbals and not cymbal pads. The cymbals have a Blasted Traditional finish and are crafted at the Zildjian foundry in Norwell, MA, USA.
The new Zildjian E-VAULT drum module creates an immersive and authentic playing experience with its advanced sound technology. Utilizing time-tested sampling techniques, the Zildjian E-VAULT sound library offers an expansive collection of meticulously curated, high-quality drum, cymbal, and percussion sounds. Musicians have access to nearly the entire catalogue of Zildjian cymbals, past, present, AND future, allowing them to create and update their dream setups and dial in their personal sound. The module features intuitive, ergonomic navigation through a premium 5" colour touch display and comes with professionally pre-configured kits, along with a multitude of customisable user kits.
Additional features include Bluetooth audio connectivity, the ability to expand your setup with 6 drum inputs and 6 cymbal inputs, and 8 balanced individual audio outputs. MIDI In/Out is available via USB and 5-Pin DIN jacks, alongside an 8-Channel USB-C output and an auxiliary input. The module includes 32GB of built-in memory and supports data upload and swap with the included USB flash drive. An on-board mixer provides ambiance, EQ, and compression adjustability, and there are separate headphone and main output mixes and volume controls.
