Created as part of the Studio Acacia Series, a brand new collection for 2017, the electronically bonded reinforced shell rings give an otherwise thin shell, increased attack and focus, in so delivering a thicker, fuller sound when playing. Ticking all the boxes, this snare drum has the ability to not only sound pretty phenomenal, but comes up trumps in the appearance department as well. A flawlessly beautiful Gloss Black finish with a protective high gloss lacquer layer is just effortlessly stylish and wouldn't have a problem sliding into any drum set up. Featuring Dunnett Res-O-Tone heads crafted by Remo, you are sure to produce quality sound time after time. AAA Chrome plating is a standard feature on all metal parts used within any George Way drums, as well as the iconic stamp of approval which is the concise Geo Way badge.
A great little feature which makes your snare super versatile in an 845 Geo Way Throw off, better known as 'Beer Tap Throw Off. The pull down mechanism is reminiscent of the motion of pulling a pint, hence the name and it is quick and simple to use, allowing you to change your sound instantaneously with one motion. A very suave snare drum sized at 14" x 6.5" that needs the right amount of cool from it's new master to make for a completely explosive match made in drumming heaven!
